Nutritional Information & Ingredients

Fructooligosaccharides (FOS)
FOS are a plant-based prebiotic that serve as food for the good bacteria in the gut, such as Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus. These good bacteria thrive on FOS, utilizing them as an energy source to support their growth and activity and to help improve gut health.

Mannanoligosaccharides (MOS)
MOS are a plant-based prebiotic that provides a beneficial pre-biotic effect and encourages growth of the friendly good bacteria in the large intestine which promotes over-all gastro-intestinal health and wellbeing.

β-glucans (beta glucans)
Beta glucans help support your dog’s gut health by promoting the growth and activity of the good bacteria in your dog’s intestines. This happens because they are prebiotic or fermentable fibres, that are required for the growth of healthy bacteria known as probiotics.

Brewer’s Yeast
Yeast support the beneficial bacterial population and is full of probiotics, the good bacteria that line the intestinal tract and aid in the digestion of food and the absorption of nutrients, and prevention of disease. This can make it an excellent ingredients for dogs with sensitive stomachs or those suffering from diarrhoea or other digestive troubles.

Nucleotides
Nucleotides are derived from yeast and are beneficial to gut function (primarily by supporting the cells of the gut lining and keeping them healthy).

By ensuring your dog has a healthy and happy gut microbiome they will also benefit from sparkling eyes, reduced anxiety, higher energy levels. A healthy gut has also been proven to affect the dogs emotional and mental health because of the direct link between gastrointestinal wellbeing and the brain so promoting a sense of calmness.
